[1] DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR?
Yes. However we prefer all customers to provide their own hair.
[2] HOW MUCH DOES THE HAIR COST?
Prices vary. Different lenghts are different prices. Prices are list on the site.
[3] HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO COLOR MY BUNDLES?
$30-Half (showing natural roots) bundle/each
$50-Whole bundle/each

[4] HOW DOES THE LAYAWAY PLAN WORKS?
With the layaway plan there are three payment options to choose from. Example; If your total is $300 but you would like to make 2 payments, you would add $20 to $300 and divid the new total by 2. You can make payments wherenever you are ready. Once you are ready to pay, I will send an invoice. All invoice are to be paid within 24 hours. Your wig unit will began production once the final payment is completed.
Option A: $20 + Total = 2 payments
Option B: $30 + Total = 3 payments
Option C: $40 + Total = 4 payments

To get a quote, simply add the services you would like to the cart.
[6] WHERE DO I SEND MY HAIR?
Shipping Address will be provided after invoice is paid or after you've purchased the wig services online (please email [email protected])
Once you've shipped your hair to us and we've received it, You will be notified with picture confirmation. We strongly suggest you pay for tracking. TbyT will not be responsible of lost packages
After production, your wig will be shipped to the address provided on the invoice/receipt.
[7] HOW LONG IS SHIPPING and PRODUCTION?
Shipping and production is 6-8 weeks for all wigs. 7-10 business day for hair and other services and/or items. Business Days are Monday-Friday. Shipping may vary according to services purchased.
[8] CAN I GET MY WIG UNIT SOONER?
Yes, purchase the expedited service along with the wig service.
[9] DO YOU USE ALL THE HAIR?
All hair will be used, unless instructed otherwise. Any hair left over will be sent back with the wig.
[10] DO YOU USE USED HAIR?
Yes. Wefts shall not be cut shorter than 20"(If wefts are shorter than 20" there will be additional charge of $30). Please pick all thread out of wefts before sending hair. Please detangle hair before sending. I will not pick thread out of your hair!!! Hair should be washed!!!!
[11] HOW WILL I KNOW THE WIG UNIT WILL FIT?
All wig units are custom created based on the measurments you send. During checkout, there's an option to add 'note to seller'. Add the note including 1)Circumference 2)Ear to Ear (over the head) 3)Front to Nape (back) TbyT will not be responsible for improper fitting
[12] DO THE UNITS COME STYLED?
No, All pre-order units will come slightly curled and pin curled. Highly textured hair will be left in it's natural state. If you would like textured hair curled or straightened, please contact me.
[13] DO YOU TEACH CLASSES ON WIG MAKING?
No
[14] CAN YOU MEASURE MY HEAD?
Yes. There's a $20 Personal Consultatuion fee. Email me at [email protected]
[15] CAN YOU INSTALL MY UNIT?
Yes. There's a $30 installation fee. Email me at [email protected]
[16] CAN I GET A REFUND?
No, All services are nonrefundable.
